Upon successful payment, Products are typically delivered instantly to your Minecraft account. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
No Refunds or Chargebacks
All sales made through SmurfCraft are final and non-refundable. Because our Products are digital and made available immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including server downtime, loss of account access, bans, or accidental purchases.
Server Rules & Enforcement
By purchasing or using any Product, you agree to comply with all SmurfCraft server rules as published in our community channels and Discord. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal of in-game privileges without refund.

Payments and Security
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. SmurfCraft does not store full payment details. You also agree to comply with the payment processor's terms.

Limitation of Liability
